Round 3 VLCD 4

We are all feeling really good. No detox symptoms and very minimal hunger, like mainly at meal times and we find it difficult to complete our meals. :-) We do divide up the allotted food throughout the day. Usually a piece of fruit for breakfast, lunch is protein & veggie with melba, afternoon snack - fruit, and evening protein & veggie with melba. Sometimes we have the melba's in between meals instead of with the meals.

Day 4 weigh in:
Me: -2.2 Total R3 loss: 7.2
Teen Daughter -.8 Total R3 loss: -4
Teen Son -1 Total R3 loss -4.6
Hubby day 1 VLCD
