Round 3 VLCD 53

No loss, no gain... stayed the same today. 146.2.

I increased my dose yesterday, which I know goes against the common recommendations for hcg use. However, I felt the need to try something to get the hunger to subside. I felt better yesterday, but still was hungry for much of the day unless I ate every 2 hours. Today I woke to no hunger which was a blessing but I was ready to eat at 10 a.m. so I had 1/2 my green smoothie then. I'll have the other half with a melba next time I'm hungry, then an apple with cinnamon, and chicken with asparagus for dinner.

  1. Soup. I have been eating soup for a couple weeks. I can't go till noon before I eat. I am up by 4 or 5 and starving by six. I have been making batches of soup with my protein and vegetable and fat free sugar free broth. Then I break it up into 2 or 3 servings and water it down. I have 2 cups at 6 and another at 11 and again at 1. Also fruit and Melba in there. Keeps me full and warm. Been cold for weeks. Chicken and asparagus or celery or cabbage. Beef and cabbage or onions or tomato. If you add chili seasoning (penzeys) and take a stick blender to the beef and tomato and water, it makes a great soup. P3 tomorrow and I have my soups ready (not watered down). PS. I had to lower my dose twice to help with the hunger. It helped.
